MoCP Curator and Associate Director Karen Irvine will moderate a discussion with exhibiting artists Ana Casas Broda and Katie Murray, and art historian Rachel Epp Buller. Panelists will discuss representations of motherhood as presented in the exhibition Home Truths, in art history, and in wider popular culture. Rachel Epp Buller, PhD is the author of Reconciling Art and Mothering (2012). She lectures widely on issues of motherhood and the maternal body in contemporary art.
