Join us for the return of Photos at Zoom! The museum is closed again but we look forward to gathering virtually to discuss works from the museum’s permanent collection that are also on display in the current exhibition What Does Democracy Look Like? In this session, MoCP’s curator of academic programs and collections, Kristin Taylor, will discuss images of political protests and ways that photography has been used to promote ideals of a healthy democracy. Artists discussed include Ai Weiwei, Art Shay, Suzette Bross, Krista Franklin, and Manuel Álvarez Bravo, among others.
