Spectator Sports Opening Reception and Gallery Talk

About The Event

Join us for a public reception and gallery talk celebrating the exhibition Spectator Sports (April 12 – July 3, 2013). Prior to the reception, exhibiting artists Julie Henry, Vesna Pavlovic, and Katja Stuke will discuss their work on view. Spectator Sports is a group exhibition that includes artists who consider ways technologies cultivate and engage sports fans––using broadcast displays of professional athleticism intermixed with narrative dramatization.
