About the Exhibition
An installation by Stephen Szoradi, incorporating a typtych of large silver gelatin prints, to present the viewer with an “experiment” in scale. For this project, Szoradi documented recycled materials in a recycling plant, and abstracted hi subject matter through the use of perspective and scale. Szoradi refers to his work as “modern documentary”, records of existing scenes that he then transformed through exaggerated dimensions to draw viewers into the work as participants, as opposed to mere observers.
